Exchange / Refund Policy
Exchanges:
We offer exchange on:-
* Size (Applicable for bangles).
In case you have not received the same size as ordered.(Not applicable if customer has not checked the size /chose wrong size, while placing the order. Or in case of WhatsApp/Instagram orders, wrong size shared by the customer).
* Received a different product then what is ordered.
* Received damaged product.
All product are packed after proper quality check only, but still because of transit if customer receives damaged product, it can be exchanged.
Exchange should be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
A proper parcel opening video is must to claim any kind of exchange. (Start recording video by showing the parcel from all sides including address label, then open & check the product on camera only. The video should be clear, without pause /cuts & editing.)
Returns:
We strive hard to match your expectations, and for that every product is dispatched after proper quality check, hence DO NOT TAKE RETURNS on a purchase.
Credit Note:
In the event that the buyer does not want to take a product for the exchange, we issue a credit note of the full value minus the shipping charges, which is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. Buyer can use the credit note to purchase anything from our website.
Made to order:
Since that particular jewellery is exclusively made for the customer and a lot of time & labour goes into the process, no exchange/refund or return can be done in case of made to order.
What is not considered as damage or defect?:-
Issues like, jewellery slightly bent during transit, open loops or links, which can be easily fixed /linked/attached with hands, (which do not require any repairing or tools for fixing).
Stones came off during transit which can be fixed with adhesive.
Jadau jewellery is a complete handmade product,made using different kind of tools for cutting and carving, & hence mark of the same is not considered as a defect it makes the product unique and different (like threads coming off in a handloom saree is not considered as defect).
Exchange Process:- Kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery, by sending an e-mail to us at info@thehuess.in or WhatsApp 8287172877 with order number and product photo.
- Once we check the details & verify the issue, confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval for exchange.
- Please note that WE DO NOT PROVIDE FOR RETURN COURIER PICK-UP FACILITY.
- In the event of an exchange, the product must be UNUSED / UNTAMPERED and packed in the same packaging, in which it came.
- The buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to The Huess address. The exchanged piece shipping will be borne by us.
- Once we receive the product, it will be thoroughly checked, then only a new/fresh product will be dispatched, as per our policy.
- It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product.
- All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.
